Hope you’re doing well! This month flew by, and I’ve really been enjoying the spring weather. It’s been a rewarding month with home prep, open houses, and estate sales. On another note, I’m excited to share that my high school friend Angel has been working hard, has saved up for a down payment, and is now starting the house hunt.
