September flew by! Between helping a new friend purchase a home in Fremont, hosting Movie Night, joining the car show, Witches’ Night Out, and supporting the Intero Foundation’s silent auction, it’s been a full month that I’m truly grateful for. I feel lucky to do what I love and to be part of this community.
As we head into October, I’m excited for what’s next, more events, fall colors, and new families to help make their next move. And if someone comes to mind who could use a hand buying or selling, I’d love to be their resource.

Inventory has inched down slightly, which helps keep the market steady despite slower overall movement. Prices have softened slightly, opening up more room for negotiation on both sides.
According to Altos Research, the market remains in relative balance. low enough inventory to support seller goals, but not so tight that buyers are without options. If activity picks up again, we could see prices begin trending upward once more.
