Summer is officially here in Livermore, and the season is bringing a lot of movement, both in the neighborhood and in the market. The rodeo rolls into town, Tuesday Tunes is back at the Bankhead, and my movie night returns on the 24th.
On the real estate side, things are moving. Homes here are selling in an average of 15 days, and I'm actively working with buyers across the Tri-Valley right now.
