Hope you had a great Fourth of July. Tuesday Tunes is back downtown every week, Shakespeare in the Vineyard is running weekends at Darcie Kent, and Jamming in July hits Altamont Beer Works this month. My movie night returns on the 22nd, please read the important update below before you RSVP. Movie night has grown, and I want to make sure everyone gets in smoothly.
On the real estate side, it's actually two markets right now. Homes that are priced and prepared right are selling in about 16 days — the rest are sitting, which is pulling the average closer to 30. I'm actively working with buyers across the Tri-Valley, and if you've ever wondered which side of that line your home would land on, or you know a neighbor weighing a move, I'd love to help you figure it out. A quick heads-up before you RSVP!
Movie night has grown. Toy Story 5 filled every seat, everyone who arrived early got in smoothly, but seats can fill fast from outside moviegoers too, since it's not just our group in the theater. In that event, the Vine has the right to reduce my allotment of tickets, it can become a first-come, first-served basis. So here's how July Movie Night works:
📲 RSVP early, by text or call — 510.866.7041. Give me your movie choice and an accurate ticket count. No RSVP link for Odyssey this month; I'm confirming every seat personally to make the night go smoothly for everyone.
🔁 Plans change? Just let me know. Every seat you free up goes to another neighbor.
⏰ Arrive early on blockbuster nights. The Odyssey will likely fill the way Toy Story 5 did, I recommend getting there between 6:00–6:15 or as early as you can to check in and hit the snack line.
My promise stays the same: if you RSVP, I'll do everything I can to get you in. I just can't make it a 100% guarantee on nights this big, but my priorities are simple: you feel welcome, the night runs smoothly, and we take great care of you and The Vine, who make it possible for me every month.
