This one's coming to you a little differently! Today's my birthday, and instead of my normal newsletter send, I wanted to take a minute to say thank you.
When I started this newsletter, I was just trying to be a great real estate professional, show up, stay consistent, be useful. What I didn't expect was how much I'd get back. The movie nights, the replies, the conversations at open houses and around town, a lot of you have been here since the very beginning, and getting to know you and your families has genuinely been the best part of this whole journey.
So, Thank you. For reading, for coming out, for trusting me with something as big as your home when the time comes. The greatest gift I've gotten these last few years has been getting to know all of you.
I'll always work hard to be the best professional I can be for you. That part hasn't changed, and it never will.

To celebrate, I took a few days away. Nothing fancy, just some time to reset and enjoy life before getting back to open houses and offer deadlines for the fall.

🧠 What this means: Inventory is up and pending sales jumped sharply, from 44 last month to 58 now, meaning more buyers are actively writing offers right now. At the same time, homes are selling even faster, in just 14 days. If you're selling, this is a strong window: more buyer activity and less time sitting on the market. If you're buying, expect more competition for the homes that are priced right.
